Polymer Membranes
Our research is focused on the fabrication of different types of membranes with polymers and polymer-based composite materials. We study the fundamentals of the transport of gas or ion in track etched membranes, block copolymer-based membranes, polymer nanocomposite membranes, conjugate polymer-based membranes, and functionalized membranes. The research further emphasizes the characterization of newly developed materials, both in terms of morphology as well as transport properties. We are dedicated to synthesizing new polymer membranes for efficient gas separation
